Lost & Found
If you think you have lost or left something behind, visit the Mall Administration office within three months and we'll check the collection of lost and found. If you find an item, please bring it to the Mall Administration office and we will try to reunite it with the owner.
Wheelchair Loans
For the convenience of elderly or handicapped patrons, we would be happy to provide the use of complimentary wheelchairs available on loan from Security on a first come first serve basis. Call Security at (416)727-7357 for assistance. Photo identification is required.
First Aid
From band-aids to ambulances, our Security Officers are trained in CPR and First Aid and are always here to ensure that the safety of your visit is a priority. We can provide you with a band-aid for scratches or an ambulance for emergencies.
Library
Maryvale Library is located in centre court.
Ontario Early Years Centre
Calling all parents, caregivers and children, to join us at the Ontario Early Years Centre! This is a free program offered for children 0-6 years of age and accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Programs run Monday - Thursday 9:30 am - 11:30 am & 1:30pm - 3:30pm as well as Tuesday 6:00pm - 7:30pm. Located in centre court in front of the Library. See centre for program details.
Vehicle Assistance
If you're ever in a situation on site where your car battery needs a boost, visit our Administration Office in Suite 227, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm or call Security, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, (416)727-7357, and we will provide this service free of charge.
Need a Taxi?
In need of taxi service? Simply call our security team at (416)727-7357 and we would be happy to call a taxi for you! Taxis are also available at the corner parking lot of the mall at Victoria Park and Ellesmere.

Bike racks can be found near the entrances of the Mall.

Mall Walkers Program
Stay fit all year-round in the climate-controlled environment at Parkway Mall. Walkers are welcome to walk between 7:00am and 10:00am every day. Visit the Administration Office, Suite 227 for more information.

Tips
Be aware of where you park your car. Double check your vehicle to make sure it is locked and windows are rolled up.
Keep all shopping parcels and other valuables out of sight. Put packages in the trunk of your car, or in another concealed spot.
If you are leaving Parkway Mall and someone approaches you, return to the building and contact Security. Our staff will escort you to your vehicle.
