If you think you have lost or left something behind, visit the Mall Administration Office within three months and we’ll check the collection of lost and found. If you find an item, please bring it to the Mall Administration Office and we will try to reunite it with the owner.

From band-aids to ambulances, our Security Officers are trained in CPR and First Aid and are always here to ensure that the safety of your visit is a priority.

Taxi Service
In need of taxi service? Simply call our Security Team at 416-268-4819 and we would be happy to call a taxi for you!
Taxis are also available at the corner parking lot of the mall at Victoria Park and Ellesmere.
Bike Racks
Bike racks can be found near mall entrances.
Mall Walkers
Stay fit all year-round in the climate-controlled environment at Parkway Mall. Walkers are welcome to walk between 7:00 am and 10:00 am every day.
Postal Facilities
If you are looking for a Post Office, Shoppers Drug Mart Postal Outlet can help you mail your packages and letters.
Security Tips
Our goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for our tenants and customers. Be aware of where you park your car. Double check your vehicle to make sure it is locked and windows are rolled up. Keep all shopping parcels and other valuables out of sight. Put packages in the trunk of your car, or in another concealed spot. If you are leaving Parkway Mall and someone approaches you, return to the building and contact Security. Our staff will escort you to your vehicle.
