To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for you, your family and friends, the shopping centre management asks that you take a moment to become familiar with our policies.
Disruptive Behavior
Running, skate boarding, roller-blading, use of non-medical motorized vehicles, using physical force, littering, profane language, obscene gestures, mischief, vandalism and the unsafe use of elevating devices is prohibited. Any act that violates the Municipal, Provincial or Federal laws or regulations is prohibited.
Soliciting/Distributing Literature
Soliciting money or other contributions or donations is prohibited. Distribution of printed materials of any kind is strictly prohibited. Pre-approved exceptions may apply.
Audio & Video Equipment
Photo and/or video devices may only be used with prior approval from centre management. CCTV camera surveillance is located through out the entire property. Be advised that activities may be recorded and/or monitored.
Loitering
Loitering or congregating in large groups is prohibited.
Eating and Rest Areas
Please refrain from prolonged or abusive use of food court tables and shopping centre seating.
Appropriate Attire
Attire that constitutes a disguise, hoods, and/or is intended to conceal identity or considered objectionable is not permitted.
Parking Information
Roadways, parking spaces and laybys are reserved for the guests of the shopping centre. Maximum 2 hour parking. No commuter parking or overnight parking is permitted on the property. Violations could result in Municipal Parking Infractions Notices.
Parkway Mall reserves the right to enforce and administer all rules and policies in accordance with the provisions of the Trespass to Property Act of Ontario. Parkway Mall reserves the right to amend and modify the shopping centre policies and rules at any time.
